The ground floor of this existing pub was opened up to accommodate a new convenience store. An extension to the rear and replacing load-bearing with steel frames provided the spaces required. The upper floor layouts were altered to create four new flats.

This old pub has a new lease of life as a commercial retail unit with flats above generating a rental income for our clients.
