Climate Innovation District (CID) delivered 530 new homes, all low carbon buildings becoming the most significant regeneration project in the UK.

RISE designed the timber frame structures to Passivhaus standard and advised the clients on the initial design stage.  Fabrication and erection details were provided to avoid cold bridging and ensured the 20m long panels could be erected and connected together on-site to provide an air-tight envelope.
