This new sixth-form school in Bellerive, Liverpool is a four-storey structure providing up to 21 classrooms. The first storey is a steel frame construction and the remaining three storeys are built with a timber superstructure. 

RISE considered carefully the vibration of the joists and their support, while designing for the wind loading on the external wall to create a stable structure without intermediate supports.
